The Coventry Comets basketball team (Akron, OH), dropped 69-61 in Friday's league battle with the host Cloverleaf Colts (Lodi, OH)
The Colts now possess a 13-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rocky River for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 22. Cloverleaf will confront a Pirates team coming off a 67-35 non-league win over John F. Kennedy (Cleveland, OH). The Pirates record now stands at 12-9.
The Comets (9-12) will now prepare for their battle against Norton (Norton, OH). The Panthers come into the Metro battle with a 9-11 record. In their last battle, Norton dropped by Field (Mogadore, OH), 50-44, in a league battle.
