The Wayne Memorial Zebras basketball team scored 69 points and restricted the host Glenn Rockets to 25 in the Zebras league victory on Friday.
The Zebras now sport a 17-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Howell for a non-league contest on Monday, February 21. Wayne Memorial will battle a Highlanders team coming off a 52-35 league win over Brighton (Brighton, MI). The Highlanders record now stands at 14-4.
The Rockets (3-15) will now prepare for their contest against Canton (Canton, MI). The Chiefs come into the non-league contest with a 2-15 record. In their last contest, Canton was routed by Salem (Canton, MI), 52-50, in a league contest.
