Texas High School Softball - Frenship falls to Monterey

In Friday's non-league outing, the visiting Monterey Plainsmen softball team scored a nice 13-1 win over the Frenship Tigers.
Coming up next, the Plainsmen battle the El Dorado Aztecs (El Paso, TX) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, February 19. Monterey will attempt to upgrade on its 3-0 season record. The Aztecs enter the outing with a 1-4 record after their 18-5 non-league loss to Midland Legacy (Midland, TX).
The Tigers (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Canyon (Canyon, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league outing with a 0-2 record. In their last outing, Canyon was routed by Monterey (Lubbock, TX), 11-5, in a non-league outing.
