Indiana High School Basketball - Madison-Grant topples Eastern

February 18, 2023: Fairmount, IN 46928

In Saturday's non-league outing, the Madison-Grant Argylls (Fairmount, IN) basketball squad beat the visiting Eastern Comets (Greentown, IN), by a count of 67-54.

The Argylls (15-5) will now prepare for their outing against Muncie Burris (Muncie, IN). The Owls go into the non-league outing with a 7-13 record. In their last outing, Muncie Burris defeated Wes-Del (Gaston, IN), 75-57, in a non-league outing.

The Comets now hold a 10-11 record. They play next when they host Carroll for a Hoosier Heartland outing on Friday, February 24. Eastern will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 59-53 non-league win over Western (Russiaville, IN). The Cougars record now stands at 18-4.
