In Saturday's league outing, the Mt. Abraham Eagles (Bristol, VT) basketball squad edged the visiting Missisquoi Valley Thunderbirds (Swanton, VT), by a count of 47-42.

The Eagles (9-11) will now prepare for their outing against Otter Valley (Brandon, VT). The Otters go into the non-league outing with a 6-11 record.

The Thunderbirds now hold a 5-15 record. They play next when they travel to Milton for a Lake outing on Monday, February 20. Missisquoi Valley will clash with a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 47-29 non-league loss to Middlebury (Middlebury, VT). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 4-14.
