In Saturday's non-league match, the host Watertown Arrows basketball team scored a tight 55-49 triumph over the Mitchell Kernels.
In their next game, the Arrows meet the Harrisburg Tigers (Harrisburg, SD) in a non-league match, on Friday, February 24. Watertown will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record.
With the defeat, Mitchell moves to 5-7 on the year. The Kernels travel to Brandon Valley (Brandon, SD) to meet the Lynx in a match on Tuesday, February 21. The Lynx enter the match with a record of 8-0.
