The Taylor Tigers basketball team scored 40 points and held the host Kirby Trojans to 39 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Tigers now sport a 13-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bearden for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 22. Taylor will meet a Bears team coming off a 52-39 non-league loss to Nevada (Rosston, AR). The Bears record now stands at 14-9.
