Wesleyan Wolves (Norcross, GA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Lumpkin County Indians (Dahlonega, GA), 62-52 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Wesleyan upgrades its record to 24-3 on the campaign. The Wolves host Franklin County (Carnesville, GA) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 21. The Lions come into the bout with a record of 9-18. Franklin County lost 73-20 in their recent non-league bout against Hebron Christian Academy (Dacula, GA)

Next up, the Indians play the Oconee County Warriors (Watkinsville, GA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 21. Lumpkin County will attempt to upgrade on its 22-4 season record. The Warriors come into the bout with a 10-16 record after their 44-38 non-league loss to Hart County (Hartwell, GA).
