In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting Ware County Gators baseball team scored a nice 13-1 victory over the Toombs County Bulldogs.
The Gators (4-0) will now prepare for their game against Thomasville (Thomasville, GA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, Thomasville was overwhelmed by Thomas County Central (Thomasville, GA), 14-0, in a non-league game.
Next, the Bulldogs face the Burke County Bears (Waynesboro, GA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, February 20. Toombs County will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Bears enter the game with a 0-2 record after their 12-2 non-league loss to Lakeside (Evans, GA).
