In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Ascension Christian basketball team scored a good 67-55 win over the St. Martin's Episcopal Saints.
The (18-14) will now prepare for their contest against Pearl River (Pearl River, LA). The Rebels come into the non-league contest with a 18-12 record. In their last contest, Pearl River was topped by Pine (Franklinton, LA), 68-52, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Saints battle the Maurepas Wolves (Maurepas, LA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, February 20. St. Martin's Episcopal will attempt to better on its 14-10 season record. The Wolves come into the contest with a 16-18 record after their 48-44 non-league loss to Amite (Amite, LA).
