Kentucky High School Basketball - Pendleton County holds off Boone County

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Pendleton County Wildcats basketball team scored a close 51-50 triumph over the Boone County Rebels.
The Wildcats (14-12) will now prepare for their contest against Grant County (Dry Ridge, KY). The Braves go into the non-league contest with a 10-16 record. In their last contest, Grant County was tipped by Bryan Station (Lexington, KY), 91-71, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Rebels encounter the Dixie Heights Colonels (Edgewood, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 20. Boone County will attempt to improve on its 5-21 season record. The Colonels come into the challenge with a 19-8 record after their 61-52 non-league loss to Cooper (Union, KY).
