In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Chartiers Valley Colts basketball team scored a good 60-50 win over the Thomas Jefferson Jaguars.

The Colts (19-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Moon Area (Moon Township, PA). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 15-5 record. In their last challenge, Moon Area prevailed over Gateway (Monroeville, PA), 48-39, in a non-league challenge.
