Maryland High School Basketball - Union overwhelms Hancock

The Union Tigers basketball team scored 63 points and limited the host Hancock Panthers to 37 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Tigers now have a 7-7 record. They play next when they host Paw Paw for a Potomac Valley A game on Wednesday, February 19. Union will confront a Pirates team coming off a 40-34 non-league loss to Berkeley Springs (Berkeley Springs, WV). The Pirates record now stands at 6-13.
With the loss, Hancock falls to 7-9 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Berkeley Springs (Berkeley Springs, WV) to confront the Indians in a Potomac Valley AA game on Friday, February 21. The Indians go into the game with a record of 9-10. Berkeley Springs lost 53-44 in their recent non-league game against Moorefield (Moorefield, WV)
