Next, the Mountaineers encounter the Houghton Gremlins (Houghton, MI) in a non-league test, on Thursday, February 20. Iron Mountain will attempt to improve on its 18-3 season record. The Gremlins come into the test with a 17-4 record after their 67-36 non-league win over Jeffers (Painesdale, MI).

The Miners (13-9) will now prepare for their test against Menominee (Menominee, MI). The Maroons come into the non-league test with a 11-11 record. In their last test, Menominee went down by Kingsford (Kingsford, MI), 61-42, in a league test.
