West Virginia High School Basketball - Spring Mills routs Jefferson

In Tuesday's league contest, the host Spring Mills Cardinals basketball team scored a big 75-35 win over the Jefferson Cougars.

The Cardinals (17-1) will now prepare for their contest against Handley (Winchester, VA). The Judges come into the non-league contest with a 21-0 record. In their last contest, Handley smashed Liberty (Bealeton, VA), 75-39, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Cougars battle the Washington Patriots (Charles Town, WV) in a Eastern Panhandle contest, on Friday, February 21. Jefferson will attempt to better on its 6-11 season record. The Patriots come into the contest with a 11-4 record after their 66-54 league win over Martinsburg (Martinsburg, WV).
