The Lincoln Lions (Lincoln, RI) basketball edged the visiting Mt. Pleasant Kilties (Providence, RI), 56-53 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Lions now possess a 14-9 record. They play next when they travel to Classical for a non-league bout on Friday, February 21. Lincoln will play a Purple team coming off a 74-69 non-league win over Bloomfield (Bloomfield, CT). The Purple record now stands at 17-5.

With the loss, Mt. Pleasant falls to 12-12 on the campaign.
