The Northwestern Area Wildcats basketball team scored 86 points and limited the visiting Redfield Pheasants to 52 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Wildcats now have a 8-11 record. They play next when they host Waverly/South Shore for a B Region 1 game on Friday, February 21. Northwestern Area will confront a Coyotes team coming off a 48-34 non-league win over Britton-Hecla (Britton, SD). The Coyotes record now stands at 11-6.

With the loss, Redfield falls to 1-17 on the campaign. The Pheasants host Tiospa Zina (Agency Village, SD) to confront the Wambdi in a non-league game on Friday, February 21. The Wambdi go into the game with a record of 2-14.
