The Pascack Valley Panthers basketball team scored 62 points and limited the visiting NV - Old Tappan Golden Knights to 40 in the Panthers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Panthers now have a 8-4 record. They play next when they travel to Newton for a non-league game on Thursday, February 27. Pascack Valley will confront a Braves team coming off a 43-40 non-league loss to Parsippany (Parsippany, NJ). The Braves record now stands at 6-11.

With the loss, NV - Old Tappan falls to 8-8 on the campaign. The Golden knights host River Dell (Oradell, NJ) to confront the Golden Hawks in a non-league game on Thursday, February 20. The Golden Hawks go into the game with a record of 11-13. River Dell won 59-54 in their recent league game against Pascack Hills (Montvale, NJ)
