The Tatum Coyotes defeated the host Eunice Cardinals basketball squad by a final score of 60-51 in Tuesday's league outing.
Next, the Coyotes clash with the Texico Wolverines (Texico, NM) in a 2A District 4 outing, on Friday, February 21. Tatum will attempt to upgrade on its 19-5 season record. The Wolverines come into the outing with a 17-7 record after their 51-39 league win over Jal (Jal, NM).
The Cardinals (18-7) will now prepare for their outing against Loving (Loving, NM). The Falcons come into the 2A District 4 outing with a 3-19 record. In their last outing, Loving was defeated by Hagerman (Hagerman, NM), 37-29, in a league outing.
