Fargo North Spartans (Fargo, ND) fans went home pleased Tuesday as they observed their basketball team overwhelm the visiting West Fargo Packers (West Fargo, ND), 74-39 in a league challenge.

The Spartans (7-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Fargo South (Fargo, ND). The Bruins come into the AA East challenge with a 0-20 record. In their last challenge, Fargo South was routed by Grand Forks Central (Grand Forks, ND), 66-50, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Packers encounter the Fargo Davies Eagles (Fargo, ND) in a AA East challenge, on Friday, February 21. West Fargo will attempt to improve on its 3-17 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 16-4 record after their 50-46 league win over Sheyenne (West Fargo, ND).
