The Manistee Chippewas basketball team scored 58 points and limited the host Whitehall Vikings to 27 in the Chippewas non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Chippewas now possess a 7-9 record. They play next when they travel to Fremont for a Western Michigan - Lakes game on Friday, February 21. Manistee will play a Packers team coming off a 70-33 league win over Oakridge (Muskegon, MI). The Packers record now stands at 18-2.

With the loss, Whitehall falls to 10-10 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Orchard View (Muskegon, MI) to play the Cardinals in a non-league game on Friday, February 21. The Cardinals go into the game with a record of 3-16. Orchard View lost 70-12 in their recent league game against Ludington (Ludington, MI)
