The Thetford Academy Panthers basketball squad (Thetford, VT), was crushed 53-25 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Peoples Academy Wolves (Morrisville, VT)
With the victory, Peoples Academy advances its record to 15-6 on the year. The Wolves host Randolph (Randolph, VT) to meet the Ghosts in a Capital battle on Thursday, February 20. The Ghosts enter the battle with a record of 8-7. Randolph won 57-18 in their recent league battle against Montpelier (Montpelier, VT)
The Panthers now own a 4-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Region for a Capital battle on Thursday, February 20. Thetford Academy will meet a Rangers squad coming off a 45-37 league loss to U-32 (Montpelier, VT). The Rangers record now stands at 5-10.
