In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Cleveland Storm basketball team scored a good 46-35 triumph over the Volcano Vista Hawks.
The Storm (16-3) will now prepare for their contest against Rio Rancho (Rio Rancho, NM). The Rams go into the non-league contest with a 21-1 record. In their last contest, Rio Rancho topped Piedra Vista (Farmington, NM), 33-13, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Hawks confront the Cibola Cougars (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, February 20. Volcano Vista will attempt to better on its 6-9 season record. The Cougars go into the contest with a 0-11 record after their 69-20 non-league loss to Farmington (Farmington, NM).
