In Tuesday's league outing, the host Sulphur Springs Wildcats soccer squad scored a tight 5-0 victory over the Mount Vernon Tigers.
The Wildcats (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against North Lamar (Paris, TX). The Panthers go into the non-league outing with a 2-3 record. In their last outing, North Lamar got by Pleasant Grove (Texarkana, TX), 1-0, in a non-league outing.
