With the triumph, Rio Grande City advances its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Rattlers travel to Mission Veterans Memorial (Mission, TX) to clash with the Patriots in a 5A Region 4 District 30 test on Friday, February 21. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 2-10. Mission Veterans Memorial lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Martin (Laredo, TX)

The Toros now have a 1-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Juarez-Lincoln for a 5A Region 4 District 30 test on Friday, February 21. Cigarroa will clash with a Huskies team coming off a 2-2 league Palmview (La Joya, TX). The Huskies record now stands at 7-3.
