The Douglas Bearcats basketball team scored 76 points and restricted the visiting Hot Springs County Bobcats to 57 in the Bearcats league victory on Saturday.
The Bearcats now hold a 19-2 record. They play next when they travel to Newcastle for a 3A Northeast bout on Thursday, February 24. Douglas will clash with a Dogies squad coming off a 62-33 league loss to Hot Springs County (Thermopolis, WY). The Dogies record now stands at 6-11.
Next up, the Bobcats clash with the Buffalo Bison (Buffalo, WY) in a 3A Northeast bout, on Friday, February 25. Hot Springs County will attempt to upgrade on its 9-11 season record. The Bison go into the bout with a 12-7 record after their 65-45 league loss to Douglas (Douglas, WY).
