In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Jackson County Panthers baseball team scored a tight 13-8 victory over the Franklin County Lions.
The Panthers (2-0) will now prepare for their game against Social Circle (Social Circle, GA). The Redskins go into the game with a 0-2 record.
The Lions (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Banks County (Homer, GA). The Leopards go into the non-league game with a 1-1 record.
