The Augusta Panthers basketball team (Augusta, KY), dropped 72-64 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Nicholas County Bluejackets (Carlisle, KY)
The Bluejackets now possess a 15-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Robertson County for a District 38 battle on Tuesday, February 20. Nicholas County will battle a Black Devils team coming off a 65-26 non-league loss to Calvary Christian (Covington, KY). The Black Devils record now stands at 3-22.
The Panthers (20-7) will now prepare for their battle against Fleming County (Flemingsburg, KY). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 20-8 record. In their last battle, Fleming County dropped by Mason County (Maysville, KY), 93-72, in a non-league battle.
