The Kim/Branson Mustangs (Kim, CO) basketball knocked off the visiting La Veta Redhawks (La Veta, CO), 57-48 in Monday's non-league test.
The Mustangs (11-9) will now prepare for their test against Primero (Weston, CO). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 12-8 record. In their last test, Primero notched a victory over Manzanola (Manzanola, CO), 64-28, in a non-league test.
The Redhawks now own a 5-15 record.
