Kentucky High School Basketball - Union County trounces Trigg County

The Union County Braves (Morganfield, KY) basketball crushed the visiting Trigg County Wildcats (Cadiz, KY), 73-42 in Monday's non-league test.
The Braves (12-12) will now prepare for their test against Caldwell County (Princeton, KY). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 16-11 record. In their last test, Caldwell County walloped Graves County (Mayfield, KY), 50-47, in a non-league test.
The Wildcats now own a 9-16 record. They play next when they host Henderson County for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 20. Trigg County will encounter a Colonels squad coming off a 72-53 non-league win over Butler County (Morgantown, KY). The Colonels record now stands at 22-5.
