The Academy for Technology and The Classics basketball team (Santa Fe, NM), was overwhelmed 68-18 in Monday's league battle with the visiting Estancia Bears (Estancia, NM)
The Bears now possess a 16-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Menaul for a 2A District 2 battle on Tuesday, February 20. Estancia will confront a Panthers team coming off a 50-2 league win over Tierra Encantada (Santa Fe, NM). The Panthers record now stands at 17-4.
The (8-14) will now prepare for their battle against Native American Community Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Eagles come into the 2A District 2 battle with a 10-12 record. In their last battle, Native American Community Academy trounced Coronado (Gallina, NM), 65-47, in a non-league battle.
