Crossroads Charter Academy Cougars (Big Rapids, MI) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Pentwater Falcons (Pentwater, MI), 38-28 in a league bout.

With the win, Crossroads Charter Academy upgrades its record to 14-5 on the season. The Cougars travel to Bear Lake (Bear Lake, MI) to play the Lakers in a West Michigan D bout on Wednesday, February 21. The Lakers go into the bout with a record of 2-8. Bear Lake lost 48-19 in their recent league bout against Pentwater (Pentwater, MI)

Next up, the Falcons play the Mason County Eastern Cardinals (Custer, MI) in a West Michigan D bout, on Wednesday, February 21. Pentwater will attempt to upgrade on its 10-6 season record. The Cardinals go into the bout with a 6-13 record after their 62-42 league win over Baldwin (Baldwin, MI).
