The Martin County Knights topped the visiting Tarboro Vikings basketball team by a final score of 41-29 in Monday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Knights face the Gates County Red Barons (Gatesville, NC) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, February 21. Martin County will attempt to move on its 8-15 season record. The Red Barons enter the game with a 18-4 record after their 54-13 league win over Tarboro (Tarboro, NC).
With the defeat, Tarboro moves to 5-16 on the year.
