In Monday's league challenge, the Ponaganset Chieftains (North Scituate, RI) ice hockey team the visiting Rogers Vikings (Newport, RI), by a margin of 5-3.

The Chieftains now possess a 16-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Kingstown for a Division 2 challenge on Wednesday, February 21. Ponaganset will clash with a Rebels team coming off a 8-3 league win over Mt. Hope (Bristol, RI). The Rebels record now stands at 10-10.
