The Au Gres-Sims Wolverines basketball team scored 55 points and limited the host Caseville Eagles to 46 in the Wolverines non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Wolverines now possess a 9-9 record. They play next when they host Hillman for a North Star game on Friday, February 21. Au Gres-Sims will confront a Tigers team coming off a 71-39 non-league loss to Alpena (Alpena, MI). The Tigers record now stands at 13-8.
With the loss, Caseville falls to 3-13 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Carsonville-Port Sanilac (Carsonville, MI) to confront the Tigers in a North Central Thumb game on Thursday, February 20. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 5-10. Carsonville-Port Sanilac lost 64-57 in their recent league game against Akron-Fairgrove (Fairgrove, MI)
