In Wednesday's non-league test, the High Point Eagles (Beltsville, MD) basketball squad trounced the host International High School at Largo Sea Turtles (Largo, MD), by a score of 70-15.
Next, the Eagles encounter the Bowie Bulldogs (Bowie, MD) in a Prince George's County 4A test, on Thursday, February 20. High Point will attempt to improve on its 2-15 season record. The Bulldogs come into the test with a 13-8 record after their 64-49 league win over Northwestern (Hyattsville, MD).
The Sea Turtles (0-14) will now prepare for their test against Potomac (Oxon Hill, MD). The Wolverines come into the Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A test with a 8-15 record. In their last test, Potomac was routed by Friendly (Fort Washington, MD), 42-39, in a league test.
