The Hoonah Braves basketball team scored 47 points and limited the host Angoon Eagles to 20 in the Braves league triumph on Wednesday.

The Braves now have a 8-4 record. They play next when they travel to Hydaburg for a 1A Southeast game on Thursday, February 20. Hoonah will confront a Warriors team coming off a 62-31 league loss to Hoonah (Hoonah, AK). The Warriors record now stands at 0-8.

With the loss, Angoon falls to 0-5 on the campaign. The Eagles host Klawock (Klawock, AK) to confront the Chieftains in a 1A Southeast game on Thursday, February 20. The Chieftains go into the game with a record of 8-12. Klawock lost 42-17 in their recent non-league game against Non Varsity Opponent (, )
