The Reading Blue Devils (Reading, OH) basketball edged the visiting Deer Park Wildcats (Cincinnati, OH), 50-45 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Blue Devils now possess a 7-12 record. They play next when they travel to Waynesville for a non-league bout on Saturday, February 22. Reading will play a Spartans team coming off a 67-32 non-league win over Greeneview (Jamestown, OH). The Spartans record now stands at 20-4.

With the loss, Deer Park falls to 11-10 on the campaign.
