In Wednesday's league test, the Kimball Union Academy Wildcats (Meriden, NH) ice hockey squad bounced the host Proctor Academy Hornets (Andover, NH), by a final score of 9-2.
Next, the Wildcats face the Cushing Academy Penguins (Ashburnham, MA) in a non-league test, on Saturday, February 22. Kimball Union Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 22-7 season record. The Penguins come into the test with a 17-7 record after their 4-3 non-league win over Phillips Academy (Andover, MA).
The Hornets (9-19) will now prepare for their test against New Hampton School (New Hampton, NH). The Huskies come into the test with a 12-17 record. In their last test, New Hampton School nudged Vermont Academy (Saxtons River, VT), 4-1, in a league test.
