The Gustine Reds softball team scored 26 runs and held the host Weston Ranch Cougars to 16 in the Reds non-league win on Wednesday.
The Reds now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Modesto for a non-league battle on Thursday, February 20.
With the loss, Weston Ranch moves to 0-1 on the season. The Cougars travel to Gustine (Gustine, CA) to confront the Reds in a non-league battle on Thursday, February 27. The Reds come into the battle with a record of 2-0.
