The Pallotti Panthers basketball team (Laurel, MD), was overwhelmed 82-60 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Archbishop Spalding Cavaliers (Severn, MD)
The Cavaliers now possess a 19-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mount St. Joseph for a MIAA A - Red battle on Thursday, February 3. Archbishop Spalding will battle a Gaels team coming off a 67-39 league win over Glenelg Country (Ellicott City, MD). The Gaels record now stands at 17-6.
The Panthers (2-5) will now prepare for their battle against Mount St. Joseph (Baltimore, MD). The Gaels come into the MIAA A - Red battle with a 18-6 record. In their last battle, Mount St. Joseph trounced Archbishop Spalding (Severn, MD), 70-55, in a league battle.
