The Jewell Bluejays basketball team (Seaside, OR), was overwhelmed 48-24 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Perrydale Pirates (Amity, OR)
The Pirates now possess a 14-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Crosshill Christian for a 1A Casco battle on Friday, February 11.
The Bluejays (3-10) will now prepare for their battle against Oregon School for the Deaf (Salem, OR). The Panthers come into the 1A Casco battle with a 0-8 record. In their last battle, Oregon School for the Deaf was overwhelmed by Lewis Academy (Newberg, OR), 44-31, in a league battle.
