Park View Dragons (South Hill, VA) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Windsor Dukes (Windsor, VA), 50-47 in a league bout.
With the victory, Park View upgrades its record to 3-6 on the campaign. The Dragons host Franklin (Franklin, VA) to play the Broncos in a Tri-Rivers bout on Friday, February 4. The Broncos come into the bout with a record of 4-10. Franklin lost 44-37 in their recent league bout against Surry County (Dendron, VA)
Next up, the Dukes play the Greensville County Eagles (Emporia, VA) in a Tri-Rivers bout, on Friday, February 4. Windsor will attempt to upgrade on its 13-2 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 5-2 record after their 32-25 league win over Southampton (Courtland, VA).
