Evergreen Plainsmen (Vancouver, WA) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Prairie Falcons (Vancouver, WA), 47-44 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Evergreen upgrades its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Plainsmen travel to Kelso (Kelso, WA) to play the Hilanders in a non-league bout on Friday, February 4. The Hilanders come into the bout with a record of 17-1. Kelso won 70-32 in their recent non-league bout against Mountain View (Vancouver, WA)

Next up, the Falcons play the Battle Ground Tigers (Battle Ground, WA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 4. Prairie will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 3-9 record after their 64-52 non-league loss to Camas (Camas, WA).
