Massachusetts High School Basketball - Amherst-Pelham Regional knocked off by Pope Francis Prep

The Pope Francis Prep Cardinals basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Amherst-Pelham Regional Hurricanes to 56 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Cardinals now sport a 13-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chicopee Comp for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 7. Pope Francis Prep will meet a Colts team coming off a 49-48 non-league win over East Longmeadow (East Longmeadow, MA). The Colts record now stands at 6-7.
The Hurricanes (7-8) will now prepare for their contest against Sci-Tech (Springfield, MA). The CyberCats enter the non-league contest with a 2-10 record.
