Maine High School Basketball - Sanford topped by Bonny Eagle

The Bonny Eagle Scots basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the host Sanford Spartans to 44 in the Scots league victory on Thursday.
The Scots now sport a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Thornton Academy for a AA South contest on Tuesday, February 7. Bonny Eagle will battle a Trojans team coming off a 65-50 non-league win over Edward Little (Auburn, ME). The Trojans record now stands at 14-2.
The Spartans (5-11) will now prepare for their contest against Marshwood (South Berwick, ME). The Hawks come into the non-league contest with a 11-4 record.
