The Canton Warriors basketball team (Canton, CT), dropped 64-47 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Cromwell Panthers (Cromwell, CT)
The Panthers now possess a 13-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Branford for a Shoreline battle on Friday, February 3. Cromwell will confront a Thunderbirds team coming off a 63-45 league loss to Valley Regional (Deep River, CT). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 5-11.
The Warriors (9-6) will now prepare for their battle against Ellington (Ellington, CT). The Knights come into the North Central Connecticut battle with a 12-3 record. In their last battle, Ellington beat East Granby (East Granby, CT), 43-31, in a league battle.
