In Thursday's non-league outing, the Mainland Regional Mustangs (Linwood, NJ) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Cape May County Tech Hawks (Cape May Court House, NJ), by a count of 63-19.
The Mustangs (15-2) will now prepare for their outing against Southern Regional (Manahawkin, NJ). The Rams go into the non-league outing with a 12-8 record. In their last outing, Southern Regional smashed Pinelands Regional (Tuckerton, NJ), 46-26, in a non-league outing.
The Hawks now hold a 0-17 record. They play next when they travel to Ocean City for a non-league outing on Saturday, February 4. Cape May County Tech will clash with a Raiders squad coming off a 60-49 non-league loss to St. Augustine Prep (Richland, NJ). The Raiders record now stands at 8-11.
