Maryland High School Basketball - Friendly can't hold off Central

The Central Falcons basketball team scored 71 points and restricted the visiting Friendly Patriots to 66 in the Falcons league victory on Thursday.

The Falcons now sport a 6-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fairmont Heights for a Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A contest on Tuesday, February 7.

The Patriots (3-15) will now prepare for their contest against Douglass (Upper Marlboro, MD). The Eagles come into the Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A contest with a 9-10 record.
