In Thursday's league outing, the Clearfield Bison (Clearfield, PA) basketball squad felled the visiting Hollidaysburg Golden Tigers (Hollidaysburg, PA), by a margin of 66-50.
The Bison (11-6) will now prepare for their outing against Huntingdon (Huntingdon, PA). The Bearcats go into the Mountain outing with a 5-12 record. In their last outing, Huntingdon was beaten by Tyrone (Tyrone, PA), 55-54, in a league outing.
The Golden Tigers now own a 8-10 record. They play next when they host Penns Valley Area for a Mountain outing on Friday, February 3. Hollidaysburg will encounter a Rams squad coming off a 42-36 non-league loss to Juniata (Mifflintown, PA). The Rams record now stands at 3-14.
